Prevent Teachers from viewing student information in Rosters when student has selected to display no information or only their name in the directory

In Rosters, Teachers are able to view additional fields for student who have set their Privacy option to "Do not include my name or any information about me in the directory." or "Include my name but do not include any other information about me." Teacher should not be able to see any additional information when either of these options are selected.

    This is a similar problem with all users and community groups.
