Show declined forms in advanced list
I would like the ability to add a column to show if a parent/student declined a form when I create an advanced list. I often make lists for those who doesn't have access to school forms and this data is important for them to have access to.0

We are looking for a way to pull a list of users by school form so we can easily find email information on those that haven't started it.
Similarly to the way you can export completed forms, we want to be able to export users who haven't completed them also so that we can add a more personal nudge to the process of getting the form filled out.1
