Checklist steps for visits and tours should revert to an awaiting status when cancelled by the family.
When a family cancels a scheduled tour or visit the associated checklist step status persists as Scheduled which prevents admissions staff from knowing that the visit/tour was cancelled in an efficient fashion.5
