Add ability to select Edit capability for First and Last Name fields in Profile Access

It seems unnecessary for staff members to have to be involved in name changes for e.g. Alumni and/or Parents; however, there is no current ability to edit First or Last Name for those Roles.

Display grade level instead of graduation year

We would like to be able to see the students' grade level instead of the graduation year in their profiles. It's more difficult to have to calculate their grade level based on the graduation year.

Change log

Administrator accounts should be able to see what changes were made by who for things like scheduling, course requests, etc. Like how you can see who made what changes to user accounts.

Unregistered BBID should not pull deceased parents

As we convert everyone over to BBID, it would be helpful if the Blackbaud ID authentication system filtered out deceased parents so our reports were more accurate.
