Please add a feature to allow schools to trigger an email to families once they've imported a self-service batch alerting them of new billing. Often schools upload billing after the auto-debit email has been sent.0

EMS Note Type on Parent Portal View
Please remove "note type" from being displayed on the parent portal and only display the subject of the note. The parent does not need to see how the schools organize the notes. -

Bulk update posting comment, date, etc.
Please add ability to select a group of charges in BBM and update the comment, charge date, due date, post date etc. Currently if you want to update a charge, it needs to be deleted and re-entered. This would be immensely helpful.
