Remove full birthday for Faculty but keep birth month only

We would like a way for users to be able to see what content has been posted since they last logged in.
This would be beneficial as users aren't always sure what they've already looked at and what is actually new. It would better help them to be able to see what may need their attention since the last time they logged in.0

Show declined forms in advanced list
I would like the ability to add a column to show if a parent/student declined a form when I create an advanced list. I often make lists for those who doesn't have access to school forms and this data is important for them to have access to.0
