Send notification of disposition of conduct to author
The author of an infraction is often not included in the access roles for distribution. We want the author to get an email notification of the disposition in all cases so that they know it's been addressed.2

We would like the ability to run Generate Academic Performance for previous years.
Sometimes we have students that complete work over the summer that changes their GPA and puts them on the Honor Roll. Without this ability we have to manually edit the Transcript so it shows but have no official record in the system.0
