Send notification of disposition of conduct to author
The author of an infraction is often not included in the access roles for distribution. We want the author to get an email notification of the disposition in all cases so that they know it's been addressed.

Yes, please! This is very surprising that there is not an option for the author of the infraction to receive a notification (as the student does). Please implement!
