Currently students must go into the Conduct tab to check infractions, or the person assigning the infraction can choose to send them an email notification. Additionally, automatic email notifications can be turned on in onRecord - settings - conduct.

I would love to see a feature that would automatically notify the student in the system (similar to the red highlighted number for Official Notes) when they receive an infraction. Email notifications are helpful but it seems like a notification that lives in the system may get their attention a bit more.
