Include the Parents as a Parent notification email for consequences
Only students are receiving these notices, and parents have used that as an excuse as to why their students aren't appearing. We would like the parents to be aware of the consequences their children have incurred. This needs to be made available, it could just be as simple as the infraction notification menu.

As of the 10/31/23 release, parents can also be set to receive consequence notifications. This can modified in the consequence notification setup.
