Conduct: Add cc email for an individual to Conduct Infraction Email Notifications
Often we may want the infraction notification email to also go to an individual who is not in the Access List.

Ability to Add Specific User/Role to Conduct Notifications to Receive Emails
Merged Currently, the system can only send emails to certain users tied to a student (i.e. Teacher, Advisor, Activity Leader, etc.). It would be nice to be able to add specific users such as LS/US Directors without having to give them a certain role.0
