Custom message on invoice pay stub
We have custom invoice messages that show up in the Important Information at the top of the invoice. It would be nice to also have the option of a custom message on the pay stub of the invoice that would be mailed to either us or the school. -
Active/Inactive Filter for Grade Plans
The only way to filter out an Inactive Grade Plan is to edit the plan and put a "z" in front of the name so that it drops to the bottom of the list. A filter or sort ability by Active or Inactive would make the list easier to read and use. -
Adding Assignment Average to Grade Book
We would like the assignment averages to show in the grade book. In addition to the Marking Period average we would like the average per assignment to be listed underneath each assignment. on the grade book.

Add to the reports feature and Attendance Report that specifies per student per course: Total number of classes that student could have attended for each course in a given semester with the total number of absences and generate a percentage of absences from the course for a given semester.
We evaluate students who miss 20% of their classes in a given course, as they may be in danger of forfeiting credit for that course. -
Allow parents to sign up for alerts when resource tiles are updated
if a resource tile is updated (new download, new picture, etc.) parents can subscribe to receive notifications (like how they can receive notifications for game reschedules, etc.) -
Add access for faculty to view past grades by class so they can compare previous grades/comments for each student in a class before they enter new info.
Currently the only way a teacher can view the grades they've given a student is by accessing previous report cards for each student. It would be helpful if they could open a historic grading report for each of their classes. We could give them acc... -
Need Course ID/Course Code on Grading page
We need to be able to see Course ID/Course Code on the Grading pages so we can change a grade based on more than just Course Title. It is less accurate to have only Course Title available on the grading area. -
Ability to see course section conflicts more easily in a grid format
The current conflict matrix just lists out the other course sections by singleton, doubleton etc that could conflict. Having a grid format with the course sections listed at the x and y access with a mark with the ones that conflict would be easie... -
Publishing Event
I would love to have a feature to 'Publish' an event. For Open Houses and other large events, we use staff from all over the school to sign people in at our doors. Most do not have Enrolment Management permissions, and definitely not event manager...
