Allow a time to be set as well as date in Grade Plans
We have grades due at 8:00 am and unless I manually do it in all the grade plans stay open till midnight. It would be nice to have a feature where we can specify a time to go with the date.0

Bring back enrollment transfer
In the past I was able to use enrollment transfer to change sections it would take 10 min tops for 100 students. Now it takes 45 sec per class, 4.5 minutes per student 7.5 hours 100 students.2
