New Assignment Center: Allow students to save their view

Add the assignment description to the exported assignment report
When you are using the Export list in assignments, the file output includes the assignment title but not the assignment description. We would like the description to be included in the report as well. -
Assessment Builder Formatting Bar No Longer Gives Subscript/Superscript Option
