Add any listed 3rd party payer to "Paid By" on "Add Payment by Student"

When adding a payment for a student the payers are listed just above the "Paid By" field which is very useful. Adding any 3rd party payers to this will save having to search for the payer name therefore helping with efficiency.

    This should apply to the payment import too that does not allow 3rd party payers.
