Allow tax documents to be uploaded, viewed or downloaded on the portal

We issue child care receipts to eligible families every year. Right now, these need to be printed and mailed to families. Can we have a section under biller's profile for tax documents and upload the documents as pdf files to the portal for users' access? Or use a customized template and import data into it to generate tax documents, so users can view and download it online?

    This is a great idea. Especially since the statement builder can't be used to create tax documents, it would be helpful to be able to import tax documents that parents can then download from the portal.
