Add the Responsible Signer Field to the Parent/Child Object in Advanced Lists / Reports
We would like to begin reporting on this particular setting, but currently there is not a way to do so. Adding this field to an object in Advance Lists would allow us retrieve the information we need.

Related ideas
This is a must for admission and for sending contract communication. We need to pull responsible signers list to send them communication. WE NEED THIS DONE ASAP! It look like many other school need the same feature.
This is a critical feature for any enrollment/re-enrollment process, for every school. Please implement ASAP ! Thank you.
This should be a simple addition to make, and I am surprised it is not found where other Parent/Child Relationships flags are kept, like List as Parent. Working around this lack of functionality has cost us unplanned time in our implementation and processes & procedures affecting several departments.
Agreed - it is critical to be able to pull this field into advanced lists. In addition, the contract view access report is not helpful in PDF format and makes it difficult to review data.
We are sending a mail merged letter to parents about smart tuition. We need to send only to parents who can sign the contract. We now have to comb through 1200 parents to make sure they should receive the letter. So far, anything related to Smart Tuition has been really rocky. This just adds salt to the wound :-/
Please some way to only email responsible signers (both parents/signer if both checked only one if only one checked)
Also, we need a way to target our communications plans for contracts so that we go after only the parents who actually have access to the contracts. If I use any of the other flags, I would be going after nannies, step-parents, even grandparents in some cases! Since we can't create a Pushpage Group off of a Report, and there is no way to pull this checkbox field into a list, we are at an impasse of being able to accurately target the correct message recipients. Also, since there is no way to import a list to tag records to be part of a distribution list, the only other option is building a custom field to recreate the new field that you all have released. That's extra work and DIRTY DATA PRACTICES. :-(

This is critical. There was a report, Contract View Access which listed Parental Access and List as Parent as these were contract signers. Now they are not. We need a list to report the contract signers!
