Add "Student Grade" and other placeholders to "Online Contract Submitted" Admin Notification

We use the "Online Contract Submitted" notification both before and after the rollover to let different divisions and people like the nurses and Business office know that a student has enrolled or re-enrolled. It would be helpful if they were able to see some basic information about the student, like whether they are "new" or "returning," and what grade they are going to be in. Ideally, there would even be a link to their profile.

Having this option means that people can be kept appraised of the enrollment status of students without Admission having to e-mail everyone as soon as we process a contract.
