I'd love to be able to set up an email that would be sent automatically to any constituent on the occasion of their birthday. This email could include a special message with content such as a video that would act as a special touch point. We'd need the ability to turn this feature on or off to avoid having it sent to certain people who we know wouldn't want it or have requested to be removed from that list.
