Change Prefix and Suffix fields to a dropdown

For data integrity and consistency, allow for a selection of values, rather than free text for the prefix and suffix fields.

    Please look at this and implement. Having a text box creates untold headaches in data integrity, especially when parents use autofill (another issue!).

    Sorely needed, for data integrity and addressing consistency!

    There's so much unnecessary work cleaning up incorrect/inconsistent prefixes inputted by users. Seems like a no-brainer to implement this, and other Blackbaud solutions have prefix tables.

    Every year when we collect grandparent information - I get to create an import to replace all the 'Bubbe' and 'Nana' entries with Mrs. Would much prefer a drop down table - with entries that each school can control.
