Ability to give view access to custom publishable fields to only those advisors or parents who have a relationship with the student

We are using a custom publishable field to track community service hours completed and required for our students. We would like to give access only to the student's advisors and parents (not to all advisors and all parents). The person must have a relationship with the student in order to see this information. Core > Security > Profile Access
