With the change to BBID, I know that it's important we have unique email addresses for users. Plus there is often an issue when a parent of a candidate accidently uses his/her email address for his/her child and then get an error when he/she tries to create an account.

It would be great if there were a report of list that could be run to show users with duplicate email addresses so that we can address it if needed.
