To disable students permission from messaging outside the domain.

We currently do not allow our students (through 8th Grade) to use our email system to send or receive emails outside of our domain. Students are able to navigate around this by using the messaging option within K-12 Core to email/message their parents. This has become a distraction for students, teachers, and administration. Example - student is able to send a message to parents and then parents are on the phone trying to find out what is going on with there child because she is upset that she got a bad grade.

Adding to this idea. We now have a cell phone policy in place, students/parents are using messaging to circumvent texting. This is also a way for non-custodial parents to contact a child who should not be contacted. I'd love more granular settings other than off or on for the entire organization.
