Restore the ability to assign custom roles through Data Import!

We used this ability previously to easily isolate students to be tagged for assignment to a specific form. The new workaround provided by support entails individually selecting each student, which is far from ideal and removed an important functionality from the system.

      Thanks to John Bozek in Community, this functionality is now available through the Contact Card-Import/Refresh Import node. Please inform Support of this so they don't keep sending people through the manual process of selecting each individual constituent.
