Currently, users are getting a notification when an announcement is posted to multiple groups and they are members of all groups. I would like to request that the user only receive 1 notification.

Users who are subscribed to both news categories receive 2 text messages when a story is published to both categories. These redundant messages will cause our users to unsubscribe, which we do not want to happen.
