Add multiples job title fields or expand existing job title field

I want there to be an increase in the number of characters for Job title field.

    The character limit on the Job title field has been expanded to 255 characters!

    Yes!  So many of our faculty take on multiple roles.  For instance, today I was entering this one.  

    "8th Grade Government and Economics, AP Human Geography Teacher

    Model United Nations Coach

    LIFT coordinator"
     
    I run out of spaces after "coo".  And there is just plain no other way to put the titles in there.
