Decision Text Placeholder for Parent Names, or Salutations
Currently, the only name that can be selected with a placeholder in the decision text is the student name. This feels very impersonal for students that may not even be reading age yet, as the only option is to include 'To the parents of [First Name] [Last Name]'. Additionally, we have the option to [Individual Formal Salutation] and [Individual Informal Salutation], but still no manner of Parent Salutation.

Every placeholder available should be made an option for every type of communication, official note, decision letter, contract! All these limitations are frustrating. And there should be a if no nickname, use first name option for both students and parents alike.
