Even when we mark a visit as completed on the checklist the system still allows the parent to change the visit date and it overwrites the original visit information. Parents will do this when they want their child to come in for a second visit. With the original visit date being overwritten by the new date there is no way to look at their record and see that they have already come in for a visit and this would be a second visit. The system should either remove the edit capability once it is marked as completed OR if they revise the date of a completed visit, it should add it to the system as a second visit. We are losing data the way it is currently working.
