for printing mailing labels using mail merge, married parents who use two different names create a long first line on a mailing label that does will not fit within the margins and is wrapped to the second line.  However, the break occurs based on margin size and often separates the name in a way that is hard to read and looks sloppy.  For example, Mr. Joe Smith and Ms. Josephina Brown will not break after the "and" but after the Mrs., separating title from name.  After the merge, you have to edit the individual labels manually but this is very time consuming and repetitious.  In an older BB version, there was the ability to insert a symbol (eg a backslash) in the salutation line that would define where the line would break but not appear as a typed character in the salutation.  Can you make this happen in your cloud-based software?
