Official Note needs to pull both home and home 2 salutations

The official note salutation needs to pull for both the home and home 2 salutation. Currently it only pulls the home salutation, but goes to both families, so both families are receiving an official note addressed to the same person. Divorced families are not happy about receiving something addressed to their ex and new spouse

    The inability of the program to pull both home 1 and home 2 salutation when creating an official note looks unprofessional on our end and isn't sensitive to different family dynamics.

    I don't really understand why this needs to be "voted" on. This should automatically be fixed as it is an error in programming. When we do letters to the families, BB automatically pulls up two different letters/salutations if there are two different households. This should be no different.

    Being able to do this is vital to communicating with perspective families in a professional manner. It looks polished when being able to use the parents names in emails, etc. instead of having to use Dear "Parent" or similar. Please add this ability as soon as possible.
