We have many single parents and them seeing 2 Parent/Guardian fields is confusing them. The system already has an option to add more, so if the form can just show parent/guardian 1 and then allow them to add a second, third, etc... that would clean up the form.
Also, if Parent/Guardian 2 doesn't reside with the applicant, the add option allows the parent to add in a different address. Currently, our parents who are divorced cannot add in a different address unless they do a parent/guardian 3 - when 2 doesn't exist.
Never mind, I figured it out.
Copy your application and then in the updated settings, hide everything for parent/guardian 2. The new form allows you to do this.
