Currently, the Profile Update form auto-populates the parent names that are already on the student user account. If both parents previously had the same address but have now separated or divorced, there is no option to indicate that on this form. "Add Another" would not work because you would be duplicating the parent that is already in there. I think this is very confusing to parents and probably frustrating. It would also be helpful to add a field so that parents can indicate who the child lives with (one or both). As in all of the forms, the use of "Form Field" would be helpful here.
