We use the Official notes area for information related to families, previous experience, or other information that would help use place or revisit a user for contracts. At this time we are loosing notes attached to a duplicate user every time we merge and having to copy them prior to a merge is time wasted.
I can't believe this is actually happening. Official Notes are a critical piece of the Candidate's record and I cannot believe they're just 'lost' with no warning when we merge records.
Please fix this!!!
When duplicates are merged we are losing the official notes on one record. Really shouldn't have to vote this up. But.... please fix
