When merging a registrant with an existing user record within the new event registration interface, several components are missing compared with other areas of EMS where the same kind of action takes place. The two that stand out are: 1) the inability to click on a user id to go to the specific record and 2) the display of the existing user role. The (re)addition of these two aspects will help cut down on the amount of time it takes for users to accurately process the registration data.
