We use the High School Placement Test from STS, which is a fairly common entrance exam among Catholic schools, and I assume used by a number of BB (OnBoard) clients.  The format in which we receive our score output is not the same as the format needed to import the scores into the database.  I've spoken with sales reps and support staff about this issue many times and am disappointed there is not resolution.  In fact, one support person said he had never heard of the HSPT nor STS and didn't understand why it was a problem.  I'd like there to be the ability upload the data in a different format or at the very least, that BB would help with the formatting.  With more than 400 candidates to be turned around in a short period of time, it's not possible for us to convert the data, so we are not able to have the scores imported.  I've also been told that BB will no longer prepare data files for customers.  This was very easy to do previously with Education Edge with the csv file we receive from the testing company.
