It is re enrollment time at my school and I am getting swamped with parents having enrollment management questions. My email box is overflowing and so is my phone voice mail box. Families have to go through me the Smart Tuition person and then I have to call enrollment management. It would be best and way more efficient for families to call enrollment management directly.
