Currently, Tuition Management integration requires that the exact same responsible signers are listed on each contract in order to allow seamless submission under a single user. This creates a host of problems for our blended families, as multiple and differing parents/guardians are needed to reflect their family situation. The current solution is either to add non-biological or non-participating parents just to get contracts to submit (later deleting them, only to need to remember to add them each year) or disproportionately charging our blended families to create two accounts. In our ever changing world with a vast array of families situations it seems time for Tuition Management to allow a single signer to complete contracts by their Tuition Management versus the users listed on the EMS side. We receive continual issues with the signing of sibling contracts and how to navigate this process for families without an additional cost.
