Allow assignments to have a "To Be Determined" status for Due Date.

We have had several teachers who are going through information packets or books, and are not certain when they will finish, so they're not sure what to put as a due date on the assignment associated with those items.  While they can just put in a random date, it's not the most efficient way to to make sure the students are aware that the assignment exists, but that the teacher isn't sure when it will be completed.

From one of our teachers today:  

"I'm not sure if you're the right person to write to, but could we implement a feature where we can create an assignment in CC but set the due date as TBD. I'd like the students to know the assignment exists but I will only assign a due date once I finish covering it all.
 
I handed out a packet with many sections and we're going to work through it all, and it will be due when I get to the last page. So TBD until I set a due date."
