Fix the Assignment dropbox naming Scheme to be compatible with Microsoft OneDrive (remove the "\" from the downloaded file names)

When teachers download students submitted assignments in bulk, the file name contains a \ (slash), which is not an allowed character for Microsoft One Drive File names. The file name must be manually fixed before being moved to OneDrive.
