In competency based grading it would be great to have the ability to add a skill to an assignment after its published

There are times when teachers need to add skill to a published assignment or even change a skill from a past assignment. Sometimes its because the incorrect skill was added or because the teacher decides to add it after.

    Yes - This would be a great addition to the assessment skill area. Many times, teachers need to change the skill that is being evaluated in an assignment.

    We also have a use case scenario where a teacher will create an assignment with certain skills attached and then later realize that the assignment is also indirectly assessing another skill that they wish to add but cannot.
