Every year it seems that a counselor mistakenly removes a student from a class using the "error" option versus "drop" or "change" and we have to scramble to get the Blackbaud gradebook backups. And, if it is not caught quickly it can be a real disaster. Sometimes everyone is at a loss for how the student was accidentally removed. To ensure this doesn't happen it would be great if the Academic Manager could make the "error" option available based on specific dates of the semester. It may not be a foolproof solution, but if "error" is not readily available in the list, it may provide one additional layer of protection.
