Because of how the URL for topic pages work with # as part of the navigation, it is impossible to use HTML Bookmarks to create a Table of Contents to easily navigate throughout a lengthy topic page. This would be a gamechanger to incorporate this in some way. I've had to limit the amount of content on Topic pages or embed Google Docs to achieve this.
