Archive seating charts to allow for contact tracing

Allow teachers to change seating charts and have the system archive the old version so contact tracing can be done. Maybe even add an "apply" date so administrators can see when seats were moved.

      Hello all! We just added a feature on 12/21 that allows users to see previous or future terms' seating charts. Since there is still only one seating chart saved per term, I won't be marking this idea implemented, but wanted to make sure you all were aware of an improvement that should provide a step towards what you are looking for.

      Just learned today that seating charts disappear at the end of a term. Archiving becomes critical, given this fact.
