Select students to bulk message from roster

We want to be able to select students from the roster then click bulk message and only message those students.

    Would also like to be able to select students from the roster and their parents and then message just the selected individuals.

    It may also be helpful to mask the other recipients on the message similar to how a BCC works in email. For example, when emailing a group of students/parents when an assignment is missing or when a grade is below a certain threshold, we wouldn't want recipients to see who else received the message.
