Selectively email students/parents from a roster list

In education edge, specifically in FAWeb, you were allowed to selectively email students/parents if you didn't want to email everyone all at once.  This should be possible in On.

    This is a simple yet necessary feature that our old system had. Several teachers have been looking for this feature, and it's clear from the comments that other schools are missing this feature as well. Please work on implementing this!

    yes - the ability to select both parents at once instead of opening the contact card and copying and pasting both individually

    We also came over from using FAWEB, and many teachers missed this feature.  Until Blackbaud adds this, we have a working solution implemented via a user script.

    We had a similar option coming from Finalsite where we could simply select the student from a list and it would automatically populate the parents' emails in the communication.  At the moment you have to click the 3-dot icon below a student's name in the roster to view their relationships in order to get the emails.  From there you have to copy paste.

    Should be easier for teachers to communicate with individual families.
