We would like to give certain non-teaching staff access to view athletic team practice schedules, so they can answer parents who call to ask if a practice is cancelled. We do not want to make them Athletic Group Managers, because we do not want the to be able to add or edit practices, and we don't want to add practices to the School Athletics calendar, because don't want everyone to be able to see the practice schedule.
