Allow Grade Access to Dorm Supervisors

In onCampus > Settings > Academic > Grade Access, each Marking Period should allow access for "Dorm Supervisor" and "All School Dorm Supervisor". "Dorm Supervisor" should give members of the "Dorm Supervisor" role access to residents in the dorms they are associated with. "All School Supervisor" should give all users with the "Dorm Supervisor" role access to view all students’ grade book grades.

So, similar to the Advisor role in Grade Access, Dorm Supervisor would only have access to their own dorm residents' grades. It is important for a Dorm Supervisor to have access to only the residents in their dorm.

    The only way our dorm parents can review grades for all students in a dorm is to open each student's record and view the Progress tab. This is incredibly time-consuming and frustrating! And they can only do this because they all have the Advisor role.


    Is there a way to produce a basic report card report to show grades for all students in a group, such as an Advisory group or a Dorm group? This would be so very helpful!
