Change the wording in Description and Confidential Comments on Infraction

We have Conduct turned off for all parents and students. But the Description says "Description (for parents' and students' eyes)". so our teachers are confused!. It would be better if this just said Description.  And better if Confidential comments said (Conduct Managers only) so it's clear what "internal" means.

    a great suggestion, had to read the KB to make sense of it. Changing the titling would be HELPFUL.
