Sometimes a teacher will submit a conduct infraction and on accident choose the wrong infraction type. When the conduct manager views the infraction, they cannot change the type prior to approval.  The only option they have is to delete the infraction, and re-create it themselves or send back to the teacher to re-submit. It would be helpful on the Review Infraction page if the infraction type were a drop-down menu so the conduct manage could change it on the fly if it was incorrect.
