Allow modification of Infraction Type from the Approval screen

Conduct Managers can change the infraction type when looking at the Infraction List. It would be great if they could also do that directly from the Approval screen.

    Our conduct manager can delete and re-enter the conduct item to show the correct infraction, but then the person who actually saw the infraction and reported it is left off. It would be great to be able to change to the correct infraction before the informative emails are sent to the student and parents.

    YES PLEASE!  The reporter often gets this wrong!  And please allow the approver to change the date as well as teachers back date and no approval date is recorded.

    Conduct Managers should be able to override a choice if the manager believes that the infraction was not the correct one.

    Conduct managers should be able to see and filter by the consequence status.  Right now, we cannot see or filter what consequences have been completed or are still due.
